Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered through the customer account after payment confirmation. This may include account downloads, license files, activation access, product updates and related documentation.
If access does not appear after a successful payment, contact support with the order number and account email.
Physical delivery
Available shipping methods, costs and destination options are shown during checkout. Orders are processed after payment confirmation and may receive status updates such as ready to pack, packed, shipped, in transit and delivered.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it may be provided by email or in the customer account. Tracking updates can depend on the carrier and destination country.
Customs and import fees
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes or carrier charges required by the destination country.
